Get Bench Logger from the Microsoft Store and start recording measurements from your bench instruments.

Includes ready-to-use profiles for Rigol DM3058E multimeters, DP832A power supplies, DL3021A electronic loads, the frequency counter in DG4000-series generators, and ZC ET44/ET45 LCR meters. You can also import your own JSON profiles for other compatible SCPI instruments.

Before you connect

LAN: an instrument with a raw SCPI TCP socket, its IP address and port. Local discovery can help find it.
USB: a USBTMC instrument bound to WinUSB. Follow the illustrated Zadig setup if the driver is not ready.
Serial: a physical or virtual COM port with the correct baud rate and a compatible text SCPI interface.
No instrument yet: explore the workflow with the simulator.

Bench Logger aims to avoid bloatware and use the most direct connection available. A large vendor control suite is not required for these transports; the appropriate USB or serial driver still needs to be installed.
